Return Policy

The Return Policy of petparade.com.cy aims to allow you to stay 100% satisfied with your purchase. Please make sure you have fully read the Return Policy before purchasing any items from our website.

Please note that we cannot offer refunds for:

– Customized products (such as pet identification tags) unless they were delivered to you faulty.
– We will not refund money for any pet food that has been opened, even if it was sent by mistake and/or is not the pet food you ordered.
– Any returns regarding any edible items must be notified to us within 48 hours of delivery, otherwise our money return policy is not to accept returns.
– Also, we do not accept the return of any intimate or hygiene products.
– Return of unwanted items

You can request the return of unwanted items that you no longer need up to 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that the product is within the terms and conditions set by our Return Policy.

We require all items you intend to return to be in their original condition and unused in their closed packaging.

To return the product, contact our Customer Service team via email at wecare@petparade.com.cy or call us at +357 23 741200 and let us know why you want to return the product.

We will then arrange for the collection of the item from you. Once the product is received and inspected by us (usually within 3 days of receipt), we will issue a refund for the value of the item you purchased, provided that the products are in their original condition.

We cannot refund the original shipping cost and additionally, we will be asked to deduct the cost of collecting the item from the amount to be refunded. The amount to be refunded is the purchase cost at the time of purchase of the product.

 

Wrong / Defective / Damaged item

Occasionally things can go wrong, and we may send the wrong item and/or parcels may be damaged by our couriers. Report wrong and/or damaged items to our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your items. You can contact us via email at info@petparade.com.cy or by calling us at +357 23 741200.

We may request photographic evidence for any damaged goods related to your claim, and we will review your claim within 3 working days of the date of receipt of your claim. Once we review your claim and determine that the items delivered to you are wrong or defective and/or damaged due to our fault, then we will arrange for the collection of the wrong or defective and/or damaged item from you and then place an order for replacement items to be sent to you.

We will not charge you for the collection of the wrong/damaged items or for the delivery of replacement items.

Nothing contained in these terms and conditions affects your legal rights.

No matter what items you order, we offer FREE delivery ANYWHERE in Cyprus for purchases over €35.00

For customers choosing Standard Delivery, we will dispatch your items within 2 – 5 working days (excluding weekends and holidays), and they will be delivered by one of our courier partners.

If a customer places an order over a weekend, we aim to have the goods delivered by the following weekend. Some items delivered from our warehouses may take a little longer to be delivered in these cases, and you will be notified of the expected shipping time before checkout.

 

Simple Shipping

For purchases under €20.00, our standard shipping charge is €5.00.

Point Pickup Delivery

Point pickup delivery is a service that allows you to collect your order from a pickup point near your home. To ensure top-quality services, petswithbenefi.com collaborates with long-term partners who are real pioneers in the delivery sector.

For all purchases, the Point Pickup Delivery charge is *€5.00

For customers choosing Standard Delivery, we will dispatch your items within 2 – 5 working days (excluding weekends and holidays), and they will be delivered by one of our courier partners.

Delivery Privileges (Express Delivery)

Express Delivery is available for an additional €6, for home delivery only!

To make things easier for our customers, we show the Fast Delivery option on the checkout page. After selecting Fast Delivery, your items will be delivered the next 2 working days. (Excluding weekends and holidays)

Note: Delivery date changes daily at 12 a.m. and will also change to take into account weekends and holidays with courier. For villages or areas outside the city, our couriers usually deliver once or twice a week. While for all other areas of the cities Limassol, Nicosia, Larnaca, and Paralimni, deliveries are made daily.
